Effort anchors: RPE 4-5 you speak in full sentences, RPE 6 in short ones, RPE 7-7.5 in a few words, RPE 8 in single words. Build and finish are part of the session. Treadmill Run or Treadmill Jog substitute at matched duration and effort — one percent incline, ignore the pace display. This session must never fall within twenty-four hours after the max-strength pull; move it later in the week, do not shorten it. If a block drifts two RPE above target, end it and jog the rest easy.
