Billing, your data, and getting help — the operational questions, sorted into three short stacks.
Billing
01How do I cancel my subscription?
Squatly Pro is billed through Apple. To cancel, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Squatly, and tap Cancel. Your Pro access runs to the end of the period you paid for — and your logging, history, and stats stay free after that.
02How does the free trial work?
The 7-day free trial comes with the annual plan. Start it and you're not charged for seven days; cancel inside the window and you pay nothing. The monthly plan has no trial.
03What's free, and what needs Pro?
Logging workouts, your full history, and stats are free. Squatly Pro adds the coach and enhanced analytics. If Pro lapses, nothing is deleted — you keep logging free; the coach and enhanced analytics pause.
04How do I restore purchases?
If Pro isn't showing after a reinstall or a new phone, open Settings inside Squatly and tap Restore Purchases — Apple re-checks your subscription and unlocks it. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple Account that bought it. Still stuck? Email support@squatly.app and we'll sort it.
Your data
05How do I delete my account and data?
From the app: Settings, then Account, then Delete Account. That removes your account and your training data from our servers — it isn't recoverable. If you can't reach the app, email support@squatly.app from your account email and we'll do it for you.
06How do I request my data?
Email support@squatly.app from your account email and ask — we'll send what we hold about you. The short version of our policy: no ads, and we never sell your data. The full policy, in plain language, is at squatly.app/privacy.
Getting help
07Can I reach support from inside the app?
Yes. Open Settings, then Support, and you can browse the FAQ, contact us, suggest a feature, or report a bug right from the app. Messages reach support@squatly.app, and bug reports include your app version and device info so we can help faster.

The Squatly method is published in plain language — so when your coach reads your training and tells you to add weight, you can check the reasoning in your own numbers.
