When to reach for this template

Straight sets, full rest, no supersets — a load day, not a density day. Order matters: front squat first while the rack is fresh, press second, row last. Press strict: no dip, no leg drive — that is what separates it from Complex B's push press. Authored RPEs are the week-1 ramp; the week's coachingInstructions name the top-set ceiling and win. Never to failure, two density days follow. IF the front rack aches from the last complex day THEN drop one squat set and hold load rather than skipping the day.
