Round Count — EMOM Complex B (Clean, Row, Push Press)
The second density round: 2 hang cleans, 3 bent-over rows, 2 push presses, unbroken, on the minute. Same clock and same round count as Complex A, a different chain so the pattern load spreads.

Every movement, in order
Each lift with its working sets and target, in the order you run them. The coach sets the loads from your training and moves them up as the work gets easier.
| Order | Exercise | Sets | Target | Rest |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 01 | Double Kettlebell Alternating Hang Clean Round link 1 — 2 alternating hang cleans to open the round. Bells stay off the floor between rounds until the round is done. 1 warm-up set first 5 × 2 · rest 0s | 5 | 2 | 0s |
| 02 | Two-Arm Kettlebell Row Round link 2 — 3 rows from the hinge. Pull to the stomach, shoulder blades back; the hinge is the rest position, not a stand-up. 5 × 3 · rest 0s | 5 | 3 | 0s |
| 03 | Double Kettlebell Push Press Round link 3 — 2 push presses to close the round, then rest out the window. Dip, drive, lock elbows. Soft lockout ends the session. 5 × 2 · rest 30s | 5 | 2 | 30s |

When to reach for this template
Exercises 1-3 are ONE unbroken round: clean, row, push press, bells never set down mid-chain. Start on the minute; rest is whatever the window leaves. The list shows 5 rounds; the week's coachingInstructions set the real round count and RPE ceiling, up to 15. The ballistic press is the double push press: leg drive survives fatigue where a strict press does not, and strict pressing lives on the strength day. IF the chain breaks twice running THEN cut a round. IF a push press misses lockout THEN end the complex.
