Every movement, in order
Each lift with its working sets and target, in the order you run them. The coach sets the loads from your training and moves them up as the work gets easier.

When to reach for this template
Effort governs, not watts: brisk means short sentences only (RPE 6-7), easy means full conversation (RPE 3-4). Hold the same brisk effort on the last cycle as the first. Run the week's exact cycle count and stop. If it would push the session past half an hour, shorten the easy blocks, never the brisk ones. Equipment swaps. No stationary bike: the identical ladder on an elliptical, a rower, or brisk outdoor walking on a gentle incline, matching effort rather than speed. Keep any substitute zero-impact; never swap in running or jumping.
Every workout
The coach reads your log, tunes the loads and volume to where you are today, and tells you when to add weight.
